1.Who we are

Qoomra is a bilingual creative and marketing agency based in Dearborn, Michigan, USA. We help businesses reach the Arab-American community through Arabic-first branding, video, social media, web development, and design.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit www.qoomra.com or submit a project inquiry through our site. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

2.What information we collect

We collect two types of information:

• Information you give us directly — when you fill out our contact or project-inquiry form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), project details, and budget range.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit our site, Google Analytics collects data about your visit including your approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, pages visited, time on page, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

3.How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your project inquiry and discuss how we can work together
• Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
• Analyze which pages and content are most useful to our visitors
• Comply with legal obligations if required

We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing emails, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than what's described above.

4.Google Analytics

We share your information only with the services necessary to operate this site:

• Netlify — our website host. When you submit a contact form, your submission is processed and stored by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). Netlify's privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
• Google LLC — analytics data as described above.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other third party, advertiser, or data broker — ever.

6.How long we keep data

• Form submissions — kept in our Netlify dashboard until the project inquiry is resolved or closed, and deleted within 12 months of last contact.
• Analytics data — retained by Google Analytics for 26 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us (see Section 11).

7.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information
• Objection — object to how we use your data
• Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

8.International visitors

Qoomra is based in the United States. Our site is accessible worldwide, including from the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, and the Middle East.

If you are visiting from outside the US, please be aware that your information — including data collected through our contact form and Google Analytics — may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

EU and UK visitors (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your contact form data is your consent (submitting the form) and legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry). You have the rights listed in Section 7 and may contact your local data protection authority if you have concerns.

9.Children's privacy

Our site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
